LGA Publish Licensing committee training materials

The LGA have now published some helpful free online materials and training videos to assist in the training of Committee members dealing with alcohol and entertainment, taxis and gambling matters.

The training would assist both experienced and new members of a Committee. 

The LGA recommends members also complete the LGA’s licensing e-learning module in addition to these online material.  Recommend reading from the LGA include the LGA’s Licensing Act 2003 - Councillor’s handbook, Councillor Handbook: Taxi and PHV Licensing, and Gambling regulation: Councillor handbook, as well as reviewing materials provided to you by their council.
